PRIVACY

What we collect, and why.

We run outbound campaigns for a living, so we hold other people's contact data. That makes it worth being specific rather than boilerplate about what we do with it.

Who we are

Pipeline Meridian is a lead-generation firm serving managed service providers and B2B SaaS companies, operating as a DBA of Fullspec Studio. We are the party responsible for the data described on this page. Reach us at hello@pipelinemeridian.com; a mailing address is available on request.

If you use this website

The chat assistant

The assistant on our contact page is an AI system. Your messages are sent to Anthropic, which generates the replies; Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. We store the conversation — your messages, the assistant's replies, your browser's timezone, and a random conversation ID — in our CRM so we can review how the assistant is performing and follow up on real inquiries. We do not store your IP address with the transcript.

Anything you type into the chat is retained, so please don't paste credentials, customer lists, or anything confidential into it. If you tell the assistant your name and email to book a call, that information goes where you'd expect: onto the calendar invite and into our CRM.

The free-sample form and the intro call

When you request 15 free leads, we collect your name, work email, company, and your description of who you sell to — everything we need to build the sample and email it back to you. When you book an intro call, we collect your name, email, and timezone to create the calendar invite. Both land in our CRM as a business record.

Security and hosting

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person rather than a script; Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser signals to make that determination. Our host, Vercel, records standard server logs including IP addresses. We also use IP addresses in memory, briefly, to rate-limit abuse — they are not written to any database.

Analytics

We use two services to understand site traffic in aggregate. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless: it counts page views and referrers without setting cookies or following you across sites. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies so it can tell returning visitors from new ones, and sends page-view data to Google for processing; we use it for aggregate traffic reporting only, with advertising features switched off. Neither is used to build individual profiles of visitors.

What we don't do

Beyond the analytics described above, this site carries no advertising or tracking pixels. We don't build behavioral profiles of visitors, and we don't sell anyone's personal information. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

If you received an email from us

We run outbound campaigns, which means we may hold a record about you that you didn't create. Here's the honest version of how that works.

What we hold: business contact information — your name, work email address, job title, employer, and public details about that employer such as its industry, size, and location. We don't collect personal email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, or anything about your life outside work.

Where it came from: commercial B2B contact databases, plus publicly available professional sources such as company websites and professional networking profiles. If you'd like to know specifically how we obtained your record, ask and we'll tell you.

Why we hold it: to contact you, or to contact people on behalf of a client, about services relevant to your role. That's our legitimate business interest in B2B marketing, and it's the only reason.

What we don't do with it: we don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone beyond the client whose campaign you were contacted for and the service providers listed below. We do not use open-tracking pixels in our outbound email, so we do not know whether or when you opened a message. We do record whether you replied and whether the message bounced, because we need both to keep our sending healthy.

How to stop it: reply to any message with "unsubscribe" (or anything to that effect) and you'll be suppressed from all future campaigns, or email hello@pipelinemeridian.com. We honor opt-outs promptly and permanently. If you'd rather we delete your record entirely than suppress it, say so — though note that suppression is what actually guarantees we don't contact you again from a fresh data pull, so we keep a minimal do-not-contact entry unless you tell us otherwise.

How long we keep things

  • Chat transcripts: 12 months, then deleted.
  • Sample requests and booked-call contacts: kept as business records until you ask us to delete them.
  • Prospect records: kept while the campaign they belong to is active, and refreshed or removed as the data ages. Do-not-contact entries are kept indefinitely on purpose — that's what makes an opt-out stick.
  • Server logs: retained by our host on its own short schedule; we don't extract or archive them.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers. Each one is contractually limited to processing data on our instructions.

Anthropic Generates the chat assistant’s replies. Receives your messages. Does not use API data to train its models.
Airtable Our CRM. Stores chat transcripts, sample requests, and prospect records.
Cal.com + Google Calendar Books the intro call and puts it on our calendar. Receives your name, email, and timezone.
Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check on our forms. Receives your IP address and browser signals.
Vercel Hosts this website. Receives your IP address in standard server logs.
Google Fonts Serves the typefaces on this site. Receives your IP address when a page loads.
Email delivery platform Sends our outbound email and records replies and bounces.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, records would transfer with it — and we'd say so here first.

Your choices

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email hello@pipelinemeridian.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't ask you to create an account or jump through a portal to do it, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

If you're in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you those rights explicitly, plus the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do neither. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you those rights plus the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for outbound contact is legitimate interest; for everything you submit to us yourself, it's your consent and the performance of the service you asked for.

Security

Access to our CRM and sending tools is limited to people who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication; credentials are held in a password manager, never in our source code. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but the scope of what we hold is deliberately narrow, which is the most effective control available to a firm our size.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we treat information we already hold will be flagged here rather than made quietly.
